RootReleaseRise™ program is a 3 session over 3 consecutive week meditation journey to help you access the different layers of your mental and emotional well-being. This program will teach you techniques that will help you find your equilibrium while consciously shift your emotions, allowing you to explore your habitual behaviour, patterns and stories with a mindful and compassionate perspective.
Through the session/s, you will be guided with techniques and tools to bring the shift you seek. There will be a private group coaching and sharing platform with other individuals who are on this collective journey.

Each week, each class focuses on a certain theme and the content and techniques build upon each class.

How we work together
Week 1
Root; Find Your Ground
This guided meditation is meant to help you anchor the mind through different breathing techniques. A chance to focus your attention on scanning the body from head to toe to be aware of any discomfort and tightness (which could be an indicator of stress and tension).
Week 2
Release; Emotional and Mental Discomfort
A perfect practice for you to learn to work with overwhelming emotions and thoughts. This practice helps to create space, instil mindful introspection about our habits, conditioning and patterns.
Week 3
Rise; Harnessing You
Time to shift the gears and rise to who you really are and focus on your true desires. This is a contemplative class where you develop an intention specific to you.

to ignite and support all in the practice of self-enquiry and self-expansion.
When I started House of Pause, I aim to make it a safe, secular and uplifting space (online and offline) for investigation of self. Through our mindfulness-based sessions, retreats, tools and resources that strive to gently remind the people we serve to find pockets of pauses to reconnect to self.
One day, I wish that everyone will be on a path of living a conscious and aligned way of life. They authentically find their own unique bearings in life and make ‘pauses’ (slow living) a way of life.
The guiding ethos we work with includes, free of dogma teaching, non-judgmental listening and communication, gentle compassion in the work, respect and privacy.

Yes. Being with other women in a class can create a powerfully safe space to slow down, heal and journey within ourselves. Or, if you already have a group of girlfriends who would like to meditate together, reach out and we can arrange a session to suit your time and place.

Due to the nature of the program, we would need the commitment from your side. We understand that it isn’t always possible to keep our commitment but the program is designed in consecutive weeks to achieve maximum benefits for you.

Comfortable loose clothing suitable for sitting on the floor cross-legged. Shoes and footwear have to be removed prior to entering the meditation studio. You can choose to be barefoot or wear socks.

No photography during a class - this applies to online and in-person sessions. You are welcome to take pictures before or after a class as long as there are no other clients’ profiles in it. Should there be a time when we need to take photos/videos, we will ask for consent prior to the session.
