  • Absolutely not! You don’t need to be able to sit cross-legged, wear the right brand of clothes or have crystal jewellery. Just show up as you are. The journey is within you, the rest are just fluff. We teach many people from different walks of life and all our teachings are dogma-free.

  • Ferina Aziz is the head guide at House of Pause. She also leads the PauseAtWork Programs and retreats. With over 12 years of practice and experience, Ferina uses mindfulness-based tools and techniques in her classes. We work alongside other guides for certain classes, workshops or retreats

Classes not cancelled or rescheduled 12 hours before, including no-shows and late arrivals, will be charged in full. This includes workshops, special events or retreats. If a class is cancelled by the House of Pause for any reason, we will make every effort to contact you via email or telephone to let you know. These cancelled classes will be added back to your account. There is a grace period of 10 minutes - later than that, you will not be allowed to enter the class to ensure a peaceful session for those on time.
